Qualifications

• 3–8 years in product management or related roles focused on trade processing and settlement modernization.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap to modernize trade processing and settlement systems.
• Collaborate with product leaders, engineering, architecture, and business units to capture requirements.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end workflows for legacy and modernized environments.
• Author use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria guiding modernization milestones.
• Prioritize features based on business needs, customer feedback, and regulatory demands.
• Leverage Copilot and AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Facilitate sessions to align stakeholders and promote adoption of new solutions.
• Monitor metrics on innovation impact, adoption, and performance improvements.
