• Demonstrated success in modernizing legacy systems (e.g., mainframe-to-cloud migration).
• Ability to translate operational processes into actionable product requirements for engineering; understanding brokerage workflows is preferred.
• Proficient in AI-powered analysis and productivity tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the modernization roadmap for trade processing and settlement systems, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and business units to capture requirements and prioritize backlog.
• Analyze and reimagine end-to-end workflows, addressing pain points and data dependencies with automation and innovative solutions.
• Author use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria to guide modernization milestones.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, workflow, and documentation; drive stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Monitor metrics on modernization impact, user adoption, and performance improvements.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to foster continuous improvement.
