Job summary

Mural is seeking an experienced product leader to join as one of the first product hires, reporting to the COO and CTO. You will own the roadmap, drive growth metrics, and manage critical partner/vendor relationships.

The role includes working with a dedicated pod of engineers, pushing for AI-native product development, and actively engaging with customers to validate ideas and scope. You will prototype too, ship code, and ensure the platform scales with the business, balancing strategy with

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years across engineering and product, including time as a professional software engineer.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and be accountable to metrics that map directly to revenue.
• Talk to customers constantly (weekly at minimum) and participate in deployment discussions.
• Prototype your own ideas with working demos, not decks, and contribute code to the public API.
• Lead the product function with autonomy, collaborating with the COO, CTO, and CEO to shape strategy.
