Job summary

One Park Financial seeks a visionary VP of Product to define and execute the product vision across its funding platform and customer experiences. You will lead product managers, scrum masters, and operations while partnering with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Risk and Finance to align roadmaps with business priorities.

You will drive AI-powered product strategies and establish a data-driven, scalable approach to product development in a regulated fintech context.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience.
4+ years leading and scaling product teams.
Experience shipping fintech products at scale.
Excellent executive communication across technical and business audiences.
Experience with Salesforce and CRM-driven workflows.
Experience partnering with Engineering in an agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a compelling, multi-year product vision and strategy aligned with One Park Financial's mission.
Own the product roadmap end-to-end, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform investment.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management and product operations team.
Foster a culture of customer obsession, data-driven decision-making, accountability, and continuous learning.
Partner with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Risk, and Finance to align the roadmap with priorities.
