Innova Solutions is seeking a Product Leader for Digital Catering Solutions in Atlanta, GA. This 12-month contract role focuses on shaping product strategy for onboard services, the catering catalog, and digital customer experiences.

You will partner with stakeholders across Onboard Services, Commercial, Operations, and IT to gather requirements, write user stories, prioritize backlog, and drive Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders (3+ years).
• Ability to build working relationships with stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience with Agile product ownership and writing user stories.
• Experience with VersionOne/Agility One is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product catalog for catering assets.

Job Summary

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Product Leader Digital Catering Solutions. Position type: Full Time - Contract role Duration: 12 Months Location: Atlanta, GA

Role Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across Onboard Services, Commercial, Operations, and IT teams to gather business requirements, define product needs, and support digital catering transformation initiatives.
• Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive product catalog for food, beverage, and onboard service assets, ensuring alignment with customer and operational systems.
• Create and manage user stories, functional requirements, features, and product documentation to support the product lifecycle and Agile development process.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Owners, developers, vendors, and business teams to prioritize backlog items, roadmap initiatives, and feature enhancements.
• Analyze complex business processes, vendor integrations, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives to support efficient product delivery.
• Use data analysis, problem-solving skills, and business insights to support strategic decision-making and drive business value.
• Define product goals, success metrics, and performance measures while conducting post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and enhancement opportunities.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap priorities, project status, and key learnings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work closely with enterprise teams to ensure seamless integration of product catalog initiatives and support customer-facing and employee-facing digital experiences.
• Balance business priorities, technical requirements, operational needs, and speed-to-market objectives while maintaining long-term product scalability.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors, and leadership to drive collaboration and successful product delivery.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Build strong working relationships with coworkers, customers (internal and external), partners, and company leadership
• 3 + years of previous experience with gathering requirements from stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, Business, Management Information Systems
• 3-5 years of working Agile product owner experience with prior experience leading or developing others in the Agile methodology
• Experience working in an Agile environment and has written features and user stories
• Working knowledge of tools like Agility One (VersionOne)
• Experience in at least one commercial or operations function such as In Flight, Reservations, Airport Customer Service, Digital, or Sales

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $38 - $42/hr.
