Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in SEO, organic growth, product strategy, or related roles.
• Proven ability to ship product surfaces that moved organic acquisition outcomes, not just advising.
• Working POV on how AI-mediated discovery is evolving and how to instrument it.
• Comfort with ambiguous data and ability to build measurement approaches where none exist yet.
• Strong opinions on trust-sensitive, critical content and product systems.
• Ability to write clear requirements, run experiments, partner with engineering, and own delivery end-to-end.
• Experience aligning senior stakeholders in ambiguous, cross-domain problem spaces.
• Experience mentoring practitioners and elevating team execution quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for platform performance across traditional, AI-mediated, voice, and agentic search.
• Translate SEO signals, algorithm shifts, and discovery changes into actionable product decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Define and evolve the company's AI discovery presence and integrations across channels.
• Monitor AI platform behavior and translate insights into product guidance and prioritization.
• Evolve discovery measurement frameworks to support new channels and approaches.
• Build acquisition loops into product surfaces with sharing, comparison tools, and decision aids.
• Embed product-led growth mechanics to drive organic acquisition without paid spend.
• Define metrics, baselines, and targets for organic and AI discovery.
