Proven experience leading teams of Product Owners or Product Managers in a large enterprise environment.
Deep expertise in HR Technology and Workday.
Strong understanding of Agile product management and product operating models.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agile Product Owners responsible for HR products and platforms.
Drive product strategy, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution across the HR technology portfolio.
Partner with HR, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
Establish and mature Agile product management practices, governance, and operating rhythms.
Guide Product Owners in backlog management, value prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and technology execution.
Support major initiatives across Workday, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Experience, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Provide leadership capacity during a period of organizational change and transformation.
