Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in Yonkers, NY is seeking a Product Lead for Workday Analytics & Security to serve as SME for reporting, analytics and security across the organization. This hands-on role leads design, development, governance, and deployment of Workday reporting solutions and enterprise dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, human resources, business, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Workday experience with strong expertise in Reporting and Security.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports), Calculated Fields, Business Objects, Report Data Sources, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of Workday Security, data governance, privacy, access controls, and segregation of duties.
• Experience owning reporting roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and delivering as a hands-on Workday SME.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM in a large, complex, multi-entity environment.
• Experience managing consultants, implementation partners, or vendors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and product owner for Workday Reporting and Analytics.
• Deliver and execute the Reporting & Analytics roadmap and manage backlog, priorities, enhancements, technical debt, and report rationalization.
• Establish standards and best practices for report development, testing, deployment, documentation, and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate new Workday capabilities and prioritize opportunities based on business value, complexity, risk, and priorities.
