Job summary

Spectrum Search is seeking a Product Lead, Insurer Experience, to own the US insurer product from ground up. This greenfield build leverages our AI model and data platform, requiring a leader with engineering roots and enterprise-B2B expertise.

You'll spend substantial time with insurer customers on-site, guide a small team across product, research and UX, and prototype ideas using AI tools to validate concepts with real users.

Qualifications

• 6+ years across engineering and product roles.
• 2+ years as a software engineer before moving into product.
• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Lead owning an enterprise B2B software product end-to-end.
• Comfortable spending significant time on-site with enterprise customers.
• Founder or founding PM experience, particularly selling into enterprise buyers.
• Experience in insurance, claims or automotive.

Responsibilities

• Spend significant time on-site with insurer customers to understand business needs.
• Partner with a Product Engineer to translate requirements into buildable solutions.
• Build the US insurer product largely from scratch atop the company AI model and data platform.
• Own the full experience from pilot through expansion for a small team.
• Prototype ideas with AI-assisted tools to test hypotheses with real users.
