Spectrum Search is seeking a Product Lead, Insurer Experience, to own the US insurer product from ground up. This greenfield build leverages our AI model and data platform, requiring a leader with engineering roots and enterprise-B2B expertise.

You'll spend substantial time with insurer customers on-site, guide a small team across product, research and UX, and prototype ideas using AI tools to validate concepts with real users.

Formación

• 6+ years across engineering and product roles.
• 2+ years as a software engineer before moving into product.
• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Lead owning an enterprise B2B software product end-to-end.
• Comfortable spending significant time on-site with enterprise customers.
• Founder or founding PM experience, particularly selling into enterprise buyers.
• Experience in insurance, claims or automotive.

We’re working with a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company building AI and data infrastructure for the global automotive parts ecosystem. Their insurer product, used by large multinational insurers for end-to-end parts procurement, is already live in several international markets. They’re now launching it in the US and need a Product Lead to build it from the ground up.

The role

As Product Lead, Insurer Experience, you’ll be the single accountable owner of the US insurer product. It’s a greenfield build on top of the company’s existing proprietary AI model and data layer. This role suits a technical product leader who started in engineering and has owned complex enterprise B2B products. Founders and founding PMs who have sold into enterprise buyers tend to do particularly well here.

What you’ll be doing

• Spending significant time on-site with insurer customers, including appraisers, claims handlers and decision-makers, to understand how their business really works
• Partnering closely with a Product Engineer to turn customer needs into buildable solutions, reasoning through technical constraints without writing production code
• Building the US insurer product largely from scratch on top of the company’s existing AI model and data platform
• Covering product, research and UX on a small team, and owning the full experience from pilot through expansion
• Rapidly prototyping ideas with AI-assisted tools such as Claude or Codex to test hypotheses with real users
