Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Business Banking division seeks a Product Manager to lead onboarding document and management capabilities. You will articulate a multi-horizon roadmap, align stakeholders to objectives, and drive prioritization across customer value, risk, controls, and technology constraints.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk, and Legal to deliver secure, scalable solutions and help shape AI-enabled product experiences for small businesses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and data analytics.
• Experience leading end-to-end product discovery to delivery.
• Experience with AI integration and working with AI teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy for onboarding documents and management.
• Manages discovery, market research, and roadmap integration.
• Maintains product backlog aligned to strategy and value.
• Tracks key metrics: cost, features, risk, reliability.
• Leads end-to-end UAT planning and customer journey impacts.
• Collaborates with AI engineers to deliver AI-enabled experiences.
