Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Manager in Business Banking to lead strategy, execution, and outcomes for onboarding document collection and management capabilities. You will set a clear vision, align stakeholders to measurable objectives, and drive prioritization across customer value, risk, and technology constraints.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to deliver secure, scalable solutions that enhance client experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of product development life cycle and data analytics.
• Experience leading product lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.
• Experience with AI integration and collaboration with AI engineers.
• Demonstrated work on AI-enabled or data-assisted products and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy for Business Banking onboarding products, focusing on document collection and management.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and roadmap.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog to support strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds framework and tracks key metrics: cost, features, risk, reliability.
• Defines end-to-end testing strategy, impacts on customer journey and systems.
• Navigate ambiguous environments with strategic thinking to drive direction.
• Champion responsible AI principles and collaborate with AI engineers to deliver AI-enabled experiences.
