Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product, financial services, technology, or project management.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and technology in a financial domain.
• Understanding of development processes, databases, and microservices (Kafka, APIs).
• Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Agile project management experience with tools like JIRA Align, JIRA, Confluence.
• Problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, analytics, business, and engineering partners to shape strategy.
• Define and prioritize user stories with other PMs and engineering leads.
• Maintain a healthy backlog and provide visibility from the executive level.
• Run Release Planning, Sprint Planning, reviews and retrospectives with Agility Leads.
• Conduct pre-release reviews and QA to certify production-ready releases.
• Resolve issues impacting customer experience with cross-functional teams.
