Job description

Mobile Work, UK (England and Wales), US Region - Mobile Work

Full-time

As ourProduct Lead (m/f/d), you build and own a product pillar from the first opportunity through to a scaled portfolio of solutions. You combine hands‑on product management with strategic leadership, taking ownership of problem validation, discovery, delivery, launch, and continuous value monitoring. As your pillar matures, you define the strategic direction that Product Managers work within and raise the standard of product craft across the team. At the same time, you own the commercial health of your pillar, including revenue, growth, positioning, and competitive differentiation.

What can you expect?
Build a product pillar from the ground up
  • Identify and validate new product opportunities based on customer needs, market signals, and commercial potential
  • Take ideas from initial opportunity through market validation, first solutions, and early customer adoption
  • Build and iterate products toward product‑market fit while making deliberate decisions about where to invest, adapt, or stop
Own product strategy and roadmap
  • Define the strategic direction and roadmap for your product pillar across multiple solutions
  • Prioritise opportunities and investments based on customer value, commercial impact, market dynamics, and available evidence
  • Represent your pillar in portfolio‑level discussions and contribute to broader product investment decisions
Stay hands‑on across the product lifecycle
  • Lead discovery, delivery, launch and iteration across the solutions within your pillar
  • Work closely with Engineering and other cross‑functional partners to turn validated opportunities into valuable products
  • Monitor customer and commercial outcomes after launch and use insights to continuously improve the portfolio
Drive commercial performance and market positioning
  • Own the commercial health of your pillar, including revenue, growth, positioning, and competitive differentiation
  • Develop strong business cases and make strategic product bets based on customer value and commercial opportunity
  • Represent the pillar externally through customer workshops, strategic sales demos, and analyst briefings
Lead and elevate product management
  • Set the strategic frame for Product Managers joining your pillar and provide clear direction without removing ownership
  • Coach Product Managers on discovery rigour, commercial thinking, product quality, and effective use of AI
  • Raise the bar for product craft across the wider team and help cross‑functional colleagues improve how they build products together
Collaborate across the organisation
  • Partner closely with GTM, Engineering, other Product Leads, and AI & Platform teams
  • Represent your pillar’s strategy, performance, and investment case to senior leadership
  • Build alignment across functions around priorities, customer value, and commercial outcomes
What should you bring along?
Experience & Domain Focus
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, including significant experience in a start‑up or scale‑up environment
  • Proven experience shipping, scaling, and sunsetting products across the full product lifecycle
  • Strong track record of building products from zero, from opportunity validation and first customers through to product‑market fit
  • Demonstrated product leadership, with experience setting standards and providing direction beyond your own individual contribution
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other Product Managers
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, risk analytics, or compliance is a strong plus
Technical/Methodolical Skills
  • Strong product discovery skills, including opportunity validation, customer research, prioritisation, experimentation, and value monitoring
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in ARR accountability, positioning, pricing, and business case development
  • AI‑first approach to product management, using AI across discovery, analysis, and product development
  • Ability to distinguish between building with AI and building AI capabilities into the product
  • Experience building agentic products or AI‑driven product experiences is a strong plus
Ways of Working & Mindset
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making high‑quality decisions with incomplete information
  • Strong judgement on when additional data is needed and when it is better to move forward with what is available
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership from initial opportunity through to commercial scale
  • High standards for product quality, discovery rigour, and commercial thinking
  • Motivation to improve not only your own output but also the product craft and effectiveness of the people around you
Communication & Collaboration
  • Strong ability to communicate product strategy, performance, and investment cases to senior leadership
  • Confident representing products externally in customer workshops, strategic sales conversations, and analyst briefings
  • Effective cross‑functional collaborator who can work closely with GTM, Engineering, Product, AI & Platform, and other stakeholders
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to provide direction while enabling Product Managers to take ownership
  • Clear and persuasive communicator who can align different stakeholders around customer value, strategic priorities, and commercial outcomes
