Job summary

SoftServe is seeking a seasoned product leader to drive strategic engagements with enterprise clients, translating business goals into scalable digital products and services. You will own the product strategy and roadmap, aligning stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in product strategy, product management, or digital consulting (5-7+ years).
• Strong knowledge of product operating models, agile delivery, and product strategy consulting.
• Advanced experience with modern product frameworks such as design thinking, service design, and design sprints.
• Strong knowledge of backlog management tools and managing complex, multi-layered backlogs.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through strategic insights and business case development.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences in written and verbal formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to present and tell compelling stories using data and market insights.
• Strong curiosity about technology and its impact on business competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and global teams to ensure seamless product delivery and successful launches.
• Drive organizational transformation by aligning operating models, processes, and tools with product-centric ways of working.
• Contribute to practice development by creating reusable assets, sharing expertise, and supporting innovation initiatives.
