As a Product Manager (m/f/d) within one of our pillar teams, you will own your solutions end-to-end and turn customer needs, regulatory developments, and commercial opportunities into products that create measurable value. You’ll work closely with your Product Lead, fellow Product Managers, Sustainability Experts, Product Designers, and Engineering to shape and deliver a shared roadmap. From discovery through launch and adoption, you’ll have the ownership to decide how problems are solved and ensure your solutions make an impact.

What can you expect?
End-to-End Product Ownership
  • Own your solutions throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery and scoping through delivery, adoption, and sunsetting
  • Define how customer and business problems should be solved within the strategic direction of your product pillar
  • Track product outcomes after launch and continuously improve your solutions based on measurable impact
Discovery & Prioritisation
  • Run structured discovery using customer research, market signals, prototyping, and testing
  • Capture and triage customer and stakeholder feedback and translate insights into clear product opportunities
  • Prioritise your backlog based on user value, business impact, feasibility, effort, and strategic fit
  • Qualify opportunities for deeper discovery and adjust direction when evidence points to a better solution
Roadmap & Product Strategy
  • Shape the pillar roadmap together with your Product Lead and fellow Product Managers
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear product initiatives and actionable scopes
  • Adapt priorities as customer insights, regulatory developments, and commercial opportunities evolve
Cross-Functional Delivery
  • Partner closely with Sustainability Experts, Product Designers, and Engineering throughout discovery and delivery
  • Align teams around product priorities, scope, trade-offs, and desired outcomes
  • Ensure delivery readiness from initial scoping through launch while maintaining clarity on requirements, quality, and impact
Product Adoption & Enablement
  • Drive adoption by ensuring new and existing solutions solve meaningful customer problems
  • Create clear product content that helps internal teams understand, communicate, and support your solutions
  • Enable customers to successfully adopt your products and maximise the value they receive from them
What should you bring along?

  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into valuable product solutions
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or compliance is a strong plus
Technical/Methodolical Skills
  • Confidence working with Engineering on feasibility, technical trade-offs, systems, data, and product quality
  • Strong practical AI fluency, using AI regularly for activities such as research, drafting, analysis, and product development
  • Experience working with tools such as GitHub, shared context repositories, Cursor, Figma, and Lovable
  • Experience defining agentic products and thinking through their product requirements and behaviour
  • Experience creating governance fact sheets and designing evaluations for product testing and quality measurement
  • Strong discovery skills across user research, prototyping, testing, prioritisation, and evidence-based decision-making
Ways of Working & Mindset
  • High level of ownership and the confidence to drive your product area independently
  • Strong customer empathy and curiosity, with a focus on finding the best solution and the fastest effective path to it
  • Comfort working in an environment where priorities evolve based on new evidence and opportunities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, make thoughtful trade-offs, and turn complex challenges into focused action
  • Impact-oriented mindset with a strong focus on outcomes rather than outputs
Communication & Collaboration
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Product, Design, Engineering, Sustainability Experts, and other stakeholders
