Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in product management or strategic IT interfaces.
• Experience owning business outcomes and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
• Proven track record building senior stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with agile and intake governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a rolling product roadmap for the assigned domain.
• Translate business strategy into investment priorities with stakeholders.
• Represent and generate buy-in to the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Own the value proposition and expected ROI for initiatives.
• Apply data-driven prioritization to rank work across the domain.
• Participate in sprint reviews and product demonstrations to validate outcomes.
• Measure delivered work against intended outcomes and KPIs.
• Partner with Delivery Office on value realization reviews.
• Mentor stakeholders on value-based prioritization and expectations.
