Job summary

ChartRequest is seeking a Product Analyst/Associate/Owner/Manager to join our Product organization, owning requirements and design across multiple channels, including the ChartRequest Application Suite and marketing assets.

You will lead product strategy, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and guide a cross-functional team to drive product-led growth and clear messaging across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B Product or Product Design experience, preferably in SaaS growth environments.
• 2+ years of Figma experience for design-led development.
• Ability to distill technical concepts into clear narratives.
• Strong writing ability for top- and mid-funnel content.
• Data-informed approach to analyze campaigns and journeys.
• Thrives in cross-functional, global teamwork.
• Self-starter with a no-BS attitude.

Responsibilities

• Design simple, intuitive web interfaces translating stakeholder requests into delightful user experiences.
• Establish a product strategy, roadmap and distribution plans to support client journeys.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on end-to-end UI design across the lifecycle, from prototyping to shipping.
