Job summary

ZealHire Inc. in Raleigh, NC, seeks an experienced Product Lead - Customer Rebate Automation to transform rebate programs from manual to automated platforms. You will own strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery while partnering with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Merchandising and Technology teams.

Candidates have deep rebate, incentive, trade promo, pricing, or revenue management experience, plus strong enterprise system integrations, data governance, and financial controls.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management or related field.
• Experience with rebates, incentives, or trade promotions.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and data governance.
• Proven ability to translate complex rules into scalable requirements.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle Cloud ERP, Kafka or Snowflake integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for Customer Rebate Automation.
• Lead automation across the rebate lifecycle: enrollment, eligibility, settlements, reporting.
• Translate business rules into clear product requirements.
• Drive integrations across CRM, ERP, MDM, data, and payment platforms.
• Partner with technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
