You will collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and IT to gather data, interpret contracts, and communicate findings while continuously improving rebate processes and implementing automation solutions to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in rebate management, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of rebate processing systems and software is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand rebate contracts to ensure accurate calculation and processing of rebates.
• Accurately and timely process rebate invoices with a focus on completeness.
• Ensure compliance with rebate agreements, terms, and conditions.
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues and address concerns related to rebate programs.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and IT teams to gather necessary data and ensure accurate rebate calculations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve rebate processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Implement automation and technology solutions to streamline rebate management processes.
• Document the process and workflow of individual rebate programs.
• Maintain organized and up to date records of all rebates-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, project specifications, and correspondence.
