Job summary

IntegrityNext in New York is seeking a Product Lead to own a product pillar from discovery through to a scalable portfolio. You will combine hands-on product management with strategic leadership, taking ownership of problem validation, delivery, launch, and continuous value monitoring.

As your pillar matures, you will define the strategic direction for Product Managers and raise the standard of product craft across the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, including startup or scale-up.
• Proven experience shipping and scaling products across the lifecycle.
• Track record building products from zero to product-market fit.
• Product leadership with standards setting and coaching others.
• Experience mentoring Product Managers; knowledge of AI-enabled products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a product pillar from opportunity validation to scaled portfolio.
• Define strategy and roadmap for the pillar across multiple solutions.
• Lead discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration with Engineering and cross-functional partners.
• Monitor outcomes and use insights to improve the portfolio.
• Represent the pillar in senior discussions and external engagements.
• Coach and elevate product management within the team.
