Job summary

Arena Intelligence is seeking a Member of Product Staff to own a product pillar, driving opportunities from idea to measurable outcomes. You will partner with engineering and research, write PRDs, and stay involved post-launch to ensure success across API, enterprise, and evaluation surfaces.

You'll collaborate with ML researchers to translate findings into new features and metrics, shaping products that scale with growth, in a fast-moving startup environment in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of product management experience on consumer, developer, or enterprise products.
• Track record of impact across multiple projects with measurable outcomes.
• Product judgment, ownership, and ability to ship with conviction.
• Ability to kill projects that don’t serve the product’s best interests.
• Clear, persuasive communication across engineering, research, design, and leadership.
• Technical depth to collaborate with engineers and researchers.
• Genuine conviction about AI evaluation and Arena's mission.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a startup context.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end to end from identifying opportunities to shipping and measuring impact.
• Ship and iterate with a focus on sustained impact and north-star goals.
• Work with ML researchers to turn research into usable product features.
• Develop deep understanding of users and their workflows.
• Monitor feedback and analytics to prioritize initiatives.
• Write PRDs, specs, and narratives to align cross-functional teams.
• Make high-stakes product decisions under uncertainty.
• Raise the product quality bar and mentor teammates.
