Job summary

IntegrityNext, a global leader in supply chain sustainability software, seeks a Product Lead to own a pillar from opportunity through a scaled portfolio. You will blend hands-on product management with strategic leadership, guiding discovery, delivery, launch, and value monitoring while setting the direction for PMs and elevating product craft across the team.

You will drive commercial performance, define positioning and pricing strategies, and represent the pillar in customer workshops,

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS environments.
Proven leadership and scope beyond individual contribution.
Strong discovery, validation and product lifecycle skills.
Experience mentoring Product Managers and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience with AI-enabled product approaches is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Build and own a product pillar from opportunity to scaled portfolio.
Define strategy and roadmap for the pillar across multiple solutions.
Lead discovery, delivery, launch and iteration across the pillar's solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, and Platform teams to turn opportunities into products.
Monitor product and commercial outcomes and iterate for growth and differentiation.
