Job summary

Think of Us is seeking a Product Lead for ConnectMe, a novel resource navigation platform within the child welfare space. You will translate organizational strategy into a focused product roadmap, shaping decisions on what to build, when, and why, with significant autonomy.

You will own AI-enabled product decisions, collaborate with Design, Engineering, Programs, and state partners, and balance user needs with safety and technical constraints to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of product-management experience, including lead or senior PM roles.
• Proven track record shipping software products and driving roadmaps.
• Experience owning roadmap decisions, scope, and tradeoffs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and programs.
• Experience with AI-enabled products and human‑in‑the‑loop design.
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture, data, and security implications.

Responsibilities

• Own the ConnectMe product roadmap aligned with organizational strategy and goals.
• Define clear problem statements, hypotheses, outcomes, and success criteria.
• Work with Engineering to assess feasibility, architecture, and technical debt.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with state partners and program staff.
• Document major decisions and ensure alignment with leadership and stakeholders.
