Job summary

Fulcrum is building an AI-driven operating system for modern insurance brokerages and is hiring a Product Lead to define the product vision and execute from discovery to delivery. You will partner with founders and cross-functional teams to shape strategy, deepen customer understanding, and scale the product organization in San Francisco.

You'll own discovery, translate insights into roadmaps, and work closely with engineering and design to deliver impactful features that streamline broker

Qualifications

• 5+ years building products, ideally in early-stage B2B or vertical SaaS

Responsibilities

• Own product discovery and definition from customer problem to shipped solution.
• Spend significant time with insurance brokerages and account managers to understand workflows and opportunities for automation.
• Translate customer needs and AI capabilities into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality, high-impact features quickly.
• Define and track product success through usage, outcomes, and customer feedback.
• Establish early product processes, documentation standards, and operating rhythms as the product function scales.
• Act as the connective tissue between customers, GTM, and Engineering.
