As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will work with the top 100 brokerages to guide AI transformation and ensure deployment, adoption, and integration into core brokerage systems and workflows. Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, technical account management, solutions engineering, insurance brokerage operations, or AI/SaaS deployment roles.
• Technical fluency: comfortable working with engineers to scope integrations and understand system architecture.
• Customer implementation expertise: proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management: build trust with senior executives and frontline teams.
• Analytical and impact-driven: define success metrics and translate capability into business outcomes.
• Bias toward action in ambiguity: thrive in fast-moving environments with unclear requirements.
• Excellent communicator: translate tech concepts for business and lead exec presentations

Responsibilities

• Trusted Advisor: primary contact for enterprise brokerage partners guiding rollout, adoption, and integration of Fulcrum.
• AI Transformation Leadership: shape AI strategies for brokers to modernize marketing, service, and growth.
• Customer Implementations: manage deployment lifecycle from scoping to integration with internal systems (AMS, CRM, document repositories).
• Product Translation: convert broker needs into product requirements with forward-deployed engineers.
• Partner with Forward-Deployed Engineers: configure Fulcrum for customer environments with data integrations and automation.
• Strategic Business Reviews: lead executive reviews, quantify ROI, drive expansion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align customer, Sales, Product, and Engineering for smooth implementations.
• Training & Adoption: enable CSRs, producers, and executives to maximize platform value.
