Job summary

Fulcrum, an AI-powered insurance platform, seeks a highly proactive Founding Operator in San Francisco. You’ll partner with the leadership to tackle unstructured, high-impact problems, design frameworks, and ship outcomes quickly, moving from strategy to execution in days, not quarters.

You will own cross-functional work with product, customer success, and sales, build GTM processes, and implement AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience at MBB or bulge-bracket/investment bank
• Strong executive presence with senior stakeholders
• Analytical rigor across modeling and written deliverables
• Humility and ability to work collaboratively
• AI-native approach with frontier models and workflows
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate; in-person role

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of unstructured, high-stakes problems and develop frameworks and decisions
• Drive analyses on pricing and commercial strategy for enterprise customers
• Produce executive-ready materials and board narratives with strong storytelling
• Lead cross-functional execution with product, CS, and GTM to onboard customers
