Job summary

Fulcrum is building an AI platform to automate insurance brokerage operations. We seek a founding operator to tackle unbounded strategic challenges, work across leadership, and ship outcomes rapidly in a hands-on, in-person San Francisco setting.

You will own strategic problem solving, analytics, and cross-functional execution while leveraging frontier AI to drive efficiency and impact across enterprise customers. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role with equity and rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience at MBB or bulge-bracket/elite investment bank.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to hold your own in front of senior leadership, customers, and investors.
• Analytical rigor with a high internal quality bar across modeling, written deliverables, and verbal communication.
• Genuine humility and ability to work well with others while maintaining a high bar.
• AI-native by default; knowledge of frontier models and related workflows.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate; this is an in-person role.

Responsibilities

• Own unstructured, high-stakes problems and convert them into clear frameworks, recommendations, and decisions.
• Drive analyses on pricing, commercial strategy across enterprise clients.
• Produce board materials and executive narratives with analytical depth.
• Run deep-dives on account health, retention, expansion, and pipeline to inform strategy.
• Partner with product on roadmap prioritization, pilot design, and deployments for enterprise deployments.
• Build and operationalize GTM workflows and internal reporting infrastructure.
