Job summary

fal is seeking a hands-on Creative Producer to craft high-quality product and launch content across our marketing. We ship quickly; a new fal product might launch in three days, or a partner may go live next week. You’ll jump in, understand the launch, and turn it into compelling video content.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll concept, edit, and produce the work yourself, collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to bring launches to life.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with product or technology storytelling, motion design, UI animation, and short-form content.
• Explain personal contribution, timeline, and process for selected projects.
• Excellent video editor with strong portfolio for product, tech, launches, or social content.

Responsibilities

• Create launch and product videos for new fal products, features, and model releases.
• Concept, storyboard, screen record, edit, motion graphics, sound and finishing.
• Produce 30–60 second hero videos for major launches and cut into short-form versions for social channels.
• Create follow-up demos, clips, showcases, and content to support launches after day one.
• Capture and animate product UI and turn raw footage into clean demos.
• Use generative AI to create assets and incorporate AI-generated content.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand launches and best showcasing methods.
• Move quickly on tight timelines while maintaining quality.
