Job summary

Clickstrike Inc.'s Launch Video Studio is seeking a producer to own end-to-end production from script to final cut for high-octane launch videos for AI and tech startups in NYC or SF.

You will direct scripts, on-set energy, and collaborate with VFX to deliver premium motion graphics. Travel may be required, and you’ll manage client feedback across the project lifecycle, with opportunities to grow into leading the video production department.

Own full production of high-octane launch videos for AI and tech startups, from the first script draft to the final cut, for Clickstrike's Launch Video Studio. Contract, based in NYC or SF.

The role

Clickstrike's Launch Video Studio is where we build high-octane launch videos for the world's coolest AI and tech startups. We specialize in content engineered to go viral on X and dominate the feed. We're looking for a beast of a producer to lead full production, from that first spark of a script to the final, polished cut. Here are videos like the ones we make.

This is pure ownership, not a shooter-for-hire gig. You'll be running the show end to end: nailing the script, directing the energy on set, and tag-teaming with VFX wizards to ship mind-blowing motion graphics. You're responsible for making sure the final video doesn't just land, but hits like a truck.

• Ship high-production launch videos from A to Z for elite AI clients, focused on massive product drops and funding news.
• Crush the script: take client vibes and turn them into a sharp, high-retention narrative that beats a boring "deep dive" any day.
• Direct founders and CEOs like a pro, ensuring their talking head footage looks and feels premium.
• Mastermind the edit: call the shots on pacing and structure so the audience is hooked from second zero.
• Direct VFX artists on insane animations and UI visualizations, keeping the creative direction tight through every revision.
• Be the point person for clients, handling feedback and hype cycles across the life of the project.
• Keep multiple plates spinning, scaling with us as we ramp up the volume of videos every month.

Some travel outside NYC or SF may be required depending on where a client's team is based. Travel-related expenses are covered.

Who you are

• You're local to NYC or SF and ready to move fast.
• 3+ years in the game producing high-energy, social-native content (X, TikTok, Reels, etc.).
• You love the big picture. You're obsessed with owning the process from script to delivery.
• You're a natural leader who knows how to give the kind of feedback that makes editors and VFX artists level up.
• You have a sixth sense for retention and pacing. You know exactly what stops the scroll.
• You're unfazed by big-name founders and know how to coach non-pros into on-camera stars.

The details

This is a contract role, paying $2,000 per video shipped. We're scaling to 4+ videos a month, so the pipeline is about to get very busy for high performers looking for steady, high-impact work. We expect the ramp to 4+ videos per month to be gradual over the coming months.

Excellent performers with strong management capabilities may have the opportunity to lead the entire video production department.
