Job summary

Clickstrike Inc.'s Launch Video Studio is seeking a producer to own end-to-end production from script to final cut for high-octane launch videos for AI and tech startups in NYC or SF.

You will direct scripts, on-set energy, and collaborate with VFX to deliver premium motion graphics. Travel may be required, and you’ll manage client feedback across the project lifecycle, with opportunities to grow into leading the video production department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in producing high-energy, social-native content (X, TikTok, Reels, etc.).
• Ownership of end-to-end production from script to delivery.
• Ability to direct founders/CEOs and lead on-set energy.

Responsibilities

• Ship high-production launch videos from A to Z for elite AI clients.
• Turn client vibes into a sharp, high-retention narrative.
• Direct founders and CEOs for premium talking-head footage.
• Oversee editing pacing and structure to maximize retention.
• Direct VFX artists on animations and UI visualizations.
• Serve as primary client point, managing feedback across the project.
