Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Product Development Coordinator in Bell, CA to support new product launches and manage the lifecycle of existing products for B2B and e-commerce channels.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Marketing, Production, Distribution and Sales to ensure successful launches, maintain data integrity across catalogs and systems, and drive continuous improvement in product and pricing processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of continuous project management or similar experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred.
• Proficient in ERP systems and data management.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with overseas vendors to obtain product information.
• Coordinate new product launches through project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Production, Distribution and Sales to support launch tasks (spec sheets, packaging, pricing, website updates).
• Audit catalogs, packaging and materials for data, text and pricing accuracy; remove obsolete products.
• Update product and pricing information across systems to ensure consistency.

The Product Development Coordinator position is responsible for supporting new product launches and coordinating the life cycle of existing products for the B2B and e-commerce side of the business. Daily job responsibilities will require cross-functional interaction with several departments, including Engineering, Marketing, Production, Distribution, and Sales.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain constant communication with overseas vendors to obtain product information.Coordinate new product launches through the company’s existing project management tools, including Monday.com and Asana.Collaborate with the appropriate departments to support new product launch tasks, including spec sheet creation, production assembly updates, final packaging, website, catalog and price sheet updates, and certification completion.Coordinate communications with multiple departments regarding new product releases and engineering change notices to ensure all departments update processes, systems, files, and related materials.Audit databases, websites, product catalogs, packaging, and other materials to ensure data, text, and pricing integrity.Manage and remove obsolete products and options.Identify areas for improvement in product- and pricing-related processes.Update product and pricing information in various systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Other responsibilities in line with product management may be assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProficient using ERP systems, NetSuite preferredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsShows ability to multitask and problem solve with strong analytical skillsEye for detail and consistencyUses initiative when prioritizing workloadStrong team player who can work with a diverse teamProactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational skillsIs inquisitive, thinks logically and conceptuallyEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 3 years of continuous project management or similar experiencePrior experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred
