Job summary

Babel Street seeks a Product Launch Manager to own end-to-end release management, coordinating with Engineering, QA, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure high-quality launches aligned with business goals.

The role drives release readiness, quality, customer communications, adoption metrics, and executive reporting, while partnering with leadership to maximize impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Launch Management or related roles.
• Experience coordinating complex software releases across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development and QA practices.
• Experience working directly with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Preferred: Experience with Pendo, Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Faros.

Responsibilities

• Own the release calendar and coordinate major product releases.
• Coordinate readiness activities across Product, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Support.
• Establish release quality standards and acceptance criteria with QA leadership.
• Develop release notes, launch messaging, and customer communications.
• Lead release readiness programs for Sales, Customer Experience, and Support.
• Create product adoption dashboards and KPIs to measure success.
• Support quarterly business reviews and executive reporting.
