Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 6-8 years of experience.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong planning, tracking, and reporting of project status; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage new product launch processes across multiple brands and regions.
• Coordinate readiness, scheduling, and verification across manufacturing sites.
• Represent customer voice to internal teams and address launch risks early.
