Job summary

Alutrim, L.L.C. is seeking a seasoned Engineering Project Leader to drive multiple projects from planning through launch in the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure milestones align with customer expectations.

The role emphasizes APQP, Gate Reviews, and continuous process improvements. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors in Engineering and at least five years in project planning and program management, with experience leading diverse teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of project planning, communication, and timeline experience.
• 5 years of project and program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Monitor progress and risks; develop mitigation plans.
• Report status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead APQP and Gate Review activities.
• Identify process improvements and apply best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing.
• Supervise and develop assigned team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
