Job summary

Qualifications

1–3 years of financial analysis experience required.
Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance preferred or commensurate work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance preferred

Responsibilities

O&M budget performance (actual vs. plan) with variance explanations
Annual budget preparation (Hyperion)
System availability (downtime) tracking
Employee performance tracking (overtime, days off, etc.)
Incident tracking (safety, environmental, regulatory, compliance)
Identifying ways to spend more efficiently
Assisting in reviewing rate sheets against invoices
Coordinating the integration of redlines into design services and tracking progress
Ensuring MOCs (Management of Change) are moving forward for maintenance activities
Equipment performance (failures) tracking
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management information reports for corporate and field management
Supporting special projects and reports
