Dr. Squatch, based in Marina Del Rey, CA, is seeking a Commercialization Manager to join its Product Team. You will lead cross-functional launches, gate the stage gate process, and partner with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to scale the DRSQ launch roadmap.

The role requires 4–7 years in PM/strategy or product development, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with PM tools (Monday, Asana, Jira). This full-time, hybrid position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years in project management, strategy consulting, or product development management.
• Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Jira or similar PM systems.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay highly organized.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest in health, wellness, personal care, or eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive large-scale, strategic product launches across functions.
• Gate launches through the stage gate process and manage cross-functional timelines.
• Develop subject matter expertise to partner with all teams.
• Identify process gaps and implement long-term solutions.
• Motivate teams and ensure delivery against deadlines.
• Help grow and mature the Commercialization function and team.
