• 4-7 years in project management, strategy, or product development.
• Experience with PM systems is a plus (Monday, Asana, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale product launches spanning multiple functions.
• Gatekeep stage-gate processes and manage cross-functional timelines.
• Develop expertise to partner with all launch teams.
• Identify process gaps and implement long-term solutions.
• Motivate teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.
• Help expand the Commercialization function and team capabilities.
