Job summary

Dr. Squatch is seeking a Commercialization Manager to join our Product Team in Marina Del Rey, CA. You will drive large-scale product launches, gatekeep the stage-gate process, and partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to scale launches across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 4–7 years in PM, strategy/management consulting, or product development management.
Experience with project management systems (Monday, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and deliver on deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, strategic product launches across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product, Marketing, and Financial Operations.
Gatekeep the stage gate process, develop cross-functional timelines, run weekly meetings, and manage launch communications.
Develop subject matter expertise and partner with teams to close gaps with long-term solutions.
Motivate teams and uphold accountability for deliverables and deadlines.
Help grow the Commercialization function, expand capabilities, and build the team.
