Job summary

Dr. Squatch, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer health & wellness brand, seeks a Commercialization Manager to join the Product Team in Marina Del Rey, CA.

You will drive launches across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product, Marketing, and Financial Operations, overseeing the stage-gate process and cross-functional timelines. The role reports to the Associate Director of Commercialization and is a hybrid, full-time position offering strong compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–7 years in PM, strategy/consulting, or product development management.
• Experience with PM tools like Monday, Asana, Jira.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in health/wellness, personal care, or eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, strategic product launches across multiple teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product, Marketing, Finance).
• Gatekeep the stage-gate process and manage cross-functional timelines and communications.
• Develop SME partnerships to support launches and drive process improvements.
• Identify gaps in processes and implement long-term solutions.
• Motivate teams and ensure deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Help level up the Commercialization function and expand capabilities.
