Job summary

OPEN Healthcare US seeks a Product Associate to support the Associate Product Manager in taking consumer diagnostic products from concept to launch and growth. You will collaborate with product, operations, e-commerce, IT, and regulatory teams in a laboratory-backed consumer business.

The role emphasizes turning market insight into customer-facing launches, coordinating with lab advisors, and building launch plans, timelines, and dashboards for management reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Biology, Public Health, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in product management, product marketing, e-commerce, business analysis, or consulting.
• Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis, and/or pricing analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product briefs and requirement summaries for launches.
• Gather clinical and medical insights to inform positioning and messaging.
• Turn feedback and sales data into product insights and roadmap inputs.
• Conduct competitive analysis and maintain a competitor tracker.
• Support market research and opportunity sizing for new panels, channels, and partnerships.
• Assist with pricing work: benchmarking, cost-of-goods, margins, bundles.
