Job summary

WillHire, Inc. in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a launch planning professional to support asset teams in ideation, readiness, and capability design for consumer experiences in the obesity/MASH asset space.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Value & Access, and the Consumer Experience Lead to enable omnichannel launch readiness and presentation of team skillsets across the organization, including mock launches and methodology design.

Qualifications

• Experience with launch planning and execution
• Understanding of GLP-1 market (preferred)
• Knowledge of consumer experience design (preferred)
• Strong project management capabilities with cross-functional dependencies
• Knowledge of omnichannel, architecture and infra needs supporting experience design
• Familiarity with launch excellence teams and capability design such as onboarding and launch methodology

Responsibilities

• Support asset manager and asset team with launch planning and readiness capabilities
• Assist in presenting capability design to the broader organization
• Contribute to mock launches and discovery of launch methodologies
