Job summary

Insulet Corporation seeks an Associate Manager, U.S. Launch Support to drive commercial readiness for U.S. product launches and feature releases. You will coordinate readiness activities, assemble inputs for reviews, and ensure milestones are met across Marketing, Field, Training, and Customer Support.

Based in the U.S. Launch strategy team, you will track launch metrics, manage dependencies, and help deliver consistent messaging and evidence across channels for successful market introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• Five+ years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, commercial operations, agency account management, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate readiness activities within the approved U.S. launch plan.
• Assemble functional inputs and readiness evidence for launch reviews and decision documents.
• Manage follow-through on readiness gaps across Marketing, Field, Training, Customer Support, and more.
• Coordinate communications readiness, including plans, day-of-launch support, and FAQs.
• Track launch indicators and consolidate reporting with Data Analytics and commercial teams.
