SP Associates is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the growth of a healthcare and medical device portfolio. You will help with market research, product planning, launches, and lifecycle management, using data and VOC to drive revenue and adoption.

Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Development, Operations, and Clinical teams is essential. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, commercial mindset, and the ability to work with internal teams and healthcare customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related business function.
• Experience supporting product launches and commercialization.
• Strong project management and timeline development skills.
• Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, pricing, or business modeling.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate with technical, clinical, commercial, and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and growth strategies.
• Develop and manage product plans through the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance on pricing and forecasting.
• Coordinate product-related marketing and sales materials and promotions.
• Lead cross-functional projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Support go-to-market strategy and product launches.
• Collect VOC feedback and monitor product performance for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality requirements.
