More about the role :

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist TurboTax customers by answering questions related to TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, filing, and basic tax questions. Continuous support will be provided.
• Pay rate: $18.50 per hour.
• Turbo Bonus Boost: Earn an additional $5.00 per hour from April 9th through 15th with unlimited hours available. To qualify, work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th.
• Participation Bonus: Receive a $310 bonus for completing certification as a TurboTax Product Expert.
• Certification duration: 3 days.
• Flexible schedule: Work any hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
• Minimum commitment: 30 hours per week, with the option to work more.
• Support: An SME (Subject Matter Expert) will assist you during live calls, along with an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist) advocate.
