Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in textile or fashion design preferred.
• Proven garment inspection experience within textile factories or weaving companies.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
• Ability to measure high-end garments accurately in inches.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the inspection team to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Conduct detailed QC inspections and manage ASN AQL reports for purchase orders.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the production manager regarding quality expectations and rejections.
• Compare production garments against PP/TOP samples and guide the team on 100% inspection procedures.

Product Integrity Lead - North East

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Product Integrity Lead to work with a leading company in the apparel industry in North East.

Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay Rates

• 21.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Product Integrity Lead

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in textile or fashion design.


• Proven experience in garment or sewing inspection within textile factories or weaving companies.


• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.


• Ability to measure high-end garments accurately in inches.


• Proven leadership and team management skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Requirements for Product Integrity Lead

• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control procedures.


• Proficiency in conducting QC inspections using 2.5 – 1.5 AQL standards.


• Ability to spec garments to confirm they achieve target measurements.


• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.


• Strong communication and organizational skills with a willingness to learn new processes.
