Jobandtalent is seeking a Product Integrity Lead to support a leading apparel company in the North East. You will lead the inspection team and ensure production meets quality standards, overseeing QC inspections and ASN AQL reporting for purchase orders.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of garment production processes. The role emphasizes accuracy in measuring high-end garments and effective collaboration with production managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in textile or fashion design preferred.
• Proven garment inspection experience within textile factories or weaving companies.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
• Ability to measure high-end garments accurately in inches.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the inspection team to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Conduct detailed QC inspections and manage ASN AQL reports for purchase orders.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the production manager regarding quality expectations and rejections.
• Compare production garments against PP/TOP samples and guide the team on 100% inspection procedures.
