Overview

BEPC Inc is seeking Project Engineers to join the Military Fixed Wing team. In this role, you will work with experienced engineers to execute requirements-based engineering (RBE), support engine system development, and contribute to project execution for military gas turbine engines. This is an onsite role based in Phoenix, AZ (local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of requirements and system plans (System Development Plan, Requirements Management Verification and Validation Plan).
• Contribute to engine system architecture development, design, and execution.
• Provide process assurance and maintain DOORS NG specification structures.
• Execute validation activities and support subject matter experts with product requirement specifications.
• Support major system reviews, including System Requirements Review (SRR) and beyond.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support assigned modules or systems.
• Escalate issues effectively and maintain leadership engagement.
• Promote customer satisfaction, strong team collaboration, and innovative approaches.
• Identify gaps, risks, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in systems engineering, project engineering, or aerospace program execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DOORS NG, CAMEO, SysML, and MBSE practices.
• Prior systems engineering or aerospace experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage workload and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to execute complex projects.
• Ability to facilitate interpersonal relationships and resolve conflicts.
• Focus on results, execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Aerospace or Systems Engineering degree preferred.
