Job summary

Philips in Bothell, WA is seeking a Product Industrialization Project Manager for Personal Health ISC/OHC. The role drives development and deployment of processes, tools and equipment across PDLM and NPI programs.

You will lead CAPEX optimization, ensure product introduction processes, apply lean manufacturing, and manage resources, planning, quality and cost for industrialization projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a complex manufacturing environment with product development lifecycle knowledge.
• PM certification and Lean Green Belt preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads process development activities and CAPEX optimization for initial investments.
• Ensures adherence to processes for product introductions, qualifications, and release.
• Implements Design for Lean Manufacturing in PDLM processes and lean principles.
• Accountable for process requirements from I&D and Manufacturing Requirements;Manage design changes.
• Oversees resources, planning, quality and cost for industrialization projects.
