Job summary

Philips in Bothell, WA seeks a Product Industrialization Project Manager to lead development and deployment of processes, tools, and equipment within global manufacturing systems. You will drive PDLM projects and integrate lean manufacturing into product introductions and changes.

The role requires 3+ years in complex manufacturing, strong PM skills, and familiarity with medical device regulations. Onsite presence is expected in Bothell, WA and the Personal Health ISC/OHC program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a complex manufacturing environment, with knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain.
• Medical Device industry experience and regulatory knowledge (FDA 21 CFR 800–1299, ISO 13485) preferred.
• PM capabilities with lean mindset and plastics/injection molding expertise.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads process development activities and CAPEX optimization for initial investments.
• Ensures adherence to processes for product introductions, qualifications, and release.
• Applies Design for Lean Manufacturing in PDLM processes.
• Accounts for process requirements based on product specs from I&D and Manufacturing Requirements; manages design changes in Philips factories and suppliers.
• Manages resources, planning, quality, and cost (including CAPEX) for industrialization projects.
